The ZORRO line defines a new era of Additive Fabrication systems. A state of the art design enables you to run a complete batch in one 8 hour shift.  With a build chamber size of 300mm x 200mm x 800mm (x, y, z 12 x 8 x 31"). ZORRO SPEED realizes up to 700 layers/h.
Build 3000 individual thumb size parts in one batch, so less than 10 seconds/part will slash your production costs.

The revolutionary Sinter Mask Technology (SMS) does not care about the exposure time. 1 second is enough to melt the sections of all parts in one layer with perfect material properties. The mask of the ZORRO System has a high resolution of up to 15000 x 10000 dots. The IR subsystem supplies a 10kW energy stream to speed up your production. Use the ZORRO AF System for production instead of just doing Rapid Prototyping.

The system will be available in 2010.
